Privacy · Victoria
Short and honest.
KeepClear is a product concept for Victorian local councils. This page is not a legal opinion and not a Privacy Act schedule. It says what we do with waitlist details today, and how a live product would be shaped.
Waitlist (this demonstration)
- The waitlist form writes your name, work email, council, role and notes to a local waitlist.json on the machine running the site.
- Those emails are only used to contact Victorian council enquiries about KeepClear.
- Test rows in the demo file (for example fictional names used during build) are not customers and must never be presented as such.
- This is not a production CRM. Do not send sensitive worker screening data through the waitlist form.
If KeepClear becomes a live product
- Australian hosting for council workforce data — not an offshore free-tier experiment.
- Per-council tenancy: Coastal Connect-style shared buying can still mean separate employer files (three ABNs, three WWCC tenancies).
- We wrap Service Victoria, VIT and NDIS Commission lookups. We do not scrape official registers and we do not become them.
- No claimed customers on this site. No testimonials. No fabricated quotes.
What we do not do
- Sell waitlist contacts outside Victorian local government conversations.
- Pitch a second ERP or replace payroll / STP / Payday Super.
- Publish UK, DBS or G-Cloud material. Victoria only — 79 LGAs.
For security posture notes see Security and data. Questions about this demonstration: use the waitlist with a council work email.
