A person list: name, employee number, role, location, manager, start date, worker class (employee / volunteer / labour-hire). Nightly or weekly CSV is enough. We do not write back pay, leave or award interpretation.
Beside the incumbent, never instead
Sits beside TechnologyOne, Aurion and Chris21.
People stay in the ERP. Payslips, leave and the pay run stay in Employee Self Service. KeepClear is the monthly clearance desk: WWCC, VIT, NDIS, then tickets. We import a file. We do not become the system of record.

What we never take
The pay run. Bank accounts. Super choice. STP lodgement. Payday Super. A second privileged finance login. Wyndham’s IBAC-referred IT blowout is why a second core system dies in public.
Named ERP gravity (not customers)
Melton live on TechnologyOne SaaS+ including HR and Payroll (January 2026). Coastal Connect shared OneCouncil (August 2026). Cardinia SaaS uplift. Yarra City, Bass Coast, Baw Baw in the TechnologyOne Victorian footprint. Greater Dandenong payroll PD names Chris21. Ballarat job ads have required Aurion Production experience — that is a signal, not a confirmation.
A global HCM still needs a Victorian wrapper
Whittlesea selected Workday HCM (14 July 2025). KeepClear still wraps Service Victoria, VIT, Ahpra and myWorkSafe. The HCM does not become those registers, and neither do we.
